- Build expertise in CATIA and 3DExperience
- Participate in software development: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
- Contribute to software documentation
- Assist in defining PLM-PDM product requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement of software development processes
- Continuously enhance personal software development methods
- Establish and maintain partnerships with companies, universities, and technical colleges
