Senior Demand and Supply Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive supply chain excellence by leading the SIOP process and aligning commercial strategies with operations to ensure the company's global customers receive world-class service.

Requirements

• •Advanced Degree and 6 years experience, or Bachelor's and 8 years
• •Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration
• •APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred
• •Proficiency in statistical forecasting and SIOP/IBP processes
• •Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
• •Advanced analytical and data translation skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Experience with Demantra, Kinaxis, or similar tools
• •Track record of improving forecast accuracy
• •Strong project management and collaboration abilities
• •Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
• •Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce.com preferred
• •Ability to travel up to 25%
• •Strong business acumen and manufacturing process understanding
• •Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• •Experience facilitating meetings and driving consensus

Tasks

• •Develop credible demand signals with stakeholders
• •Maintain 18–24 month rolling demand forecasts
• •Lead monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning
• •Align commercial strategies with operational capabilities
• •Analyze market trends to optimize inventory
• •Partner with commercial teams and customers
• •Drive continuous improvement in demand planning
• •Support new product and lifecycle transitions
• •Provide insights for strategic business decisions
• •Implement process improvements and support colleagues
