Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Uni, FH) in computer science or comparable education
  • PhD in machine learning related field (plus)
  • At least four years of professional/research experience in machine learning after graduation
  • Experience implementing machine learning solutions in industry
  • Experience in professional services business (advantageous)
  • Solid and broad knowledge in machine learning
  • In-depth knowledge in application domain (e.g. large language models, computer vision)
  • Good knowledge in statistics
  • Proficiency in Python machine learning stack (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
  • Experience in software engineering
  • Familiarity with database systems (relational/NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Understanding of training/operationalizing ML solutions concepts (MLOps, containerization, experiment tracking, data versioning)
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams
  • Customer-oriented work approach
  • German language skills required
  • Very good English skills
  • Willingness to apply even if not all requirements are met
