Requirements

  • •Technical background in enterprise architecture, systems integration and APIs
  • •Experience with customer-facing pre-sales or bid support activities
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Proactive behavior
  • •Solution-oriented mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Consulting experience in CX environment
  • •Experience shaping complex CX solutions in customer environments
  • •Ability to operate independently in pre-sales and client workshops
  • •Pragmatic approach balancing technical, CX and commercial reality
  • •Passion for emerging technologies in CX, data and cloud environments
