- Clear communication in English (written and spoken)
- Clear communication in German (written and spoken)
- Comfortable representing brand externally
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Experience with regulatory databases or cosmetics compliance tools
Tasks
- Ensure regulatory compliance for new brand launches
- Manage compliance and labeling for new products
- Align with EU and international cosmetics laws
- Own regulatory projects from start to finish
- Conduct change control and marketability assessments
- Implement required regulatory measures
- Serve as primary regulatory contact with external partners
- Communicate with legal counsel and notified bodies
- Manage marketability and compliance queries
- Lead portfolio reviews with Product Development, Editorial, and Quality
- Maintain current and accurate documentation and labels
- Monitor EU and US regulatory developments
- Brief internal stakeholders on regulatory changes
- Assess new ingredients and formulation concepts
- Identify regulatory opportunities and constraints early

- 2 - 5 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – Business Fluent
