- Ability to build bridges between measurement bases
- High attention to detail
- Documentation discipline
- Data integrity
- Experience in multi-country, matrixed environment preferred
- Fluent English required
- German preferred
- Additional European languages are a plus
Tasks
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Ensure consistent steering views under IFRS 17 and HGB
- Partner with Actuarial and Accounting for result reconciliation
- Explain bridges between economic, IFRS 17, and HGB views
- Manage variance analysis on core P&C KPIs
- Coordinate portfolio profitability and channel economics analysis
- Support ad hoc deep dives and Board reporting
- Track business case financial impacts for strategic initiatives
- Maintain controlling framework and documentation
- Improve planning tools, automation, and reporting workflows
- Utilize AI tools for enhanced forecasting and productivity
