Tasks

  • •Design comprehensive omnichannel routing for voice, chat, and messaging
  • •Develop IVR call flows and routing logic
  • •Architect voice, mail, and chatbots
  • •Integrate workforce and quality management components
  • •Facilitate technical solution workshops with customers
  • •Translate business requirements into platform architectures
  • •Define integration concepts for CRM systems like MS Dynamics 365
  • •Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and presentations
  • •Collaborate with delivery teams on architectural feasibility
  • •Advise customers on service and contact center modernization
