  • Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Lead solution architecture for pre-sales contact center engagements
  • Design comprehensive omnichannel routing for voice, chat, and messaging
  • Develop IVR call flows and routing logic
  • Architect voice, mail, and chatbots
  • Integrate workforce and quality management components
  • Facilitate technical solution workshops with customers
  • Translate business requirements into platform architectures
  • Define integration concepts for CRM systems like MS Dynamics 365
  • Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with delivery teams on architectural feasibility
  • Advise customers on service and contact center modernization
