Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
  • Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
  • Proven track record as functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering experience
  • Preferred experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry
  • Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with proactive mindset
  • Experience working in remote and international environments
  • Fluent German and English
  • Experience working in or with large international consultancies
  • Experience across multi-country project settings, navigating business and IT stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, B2B Commerce Admin)

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce and IT transformation projects
  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional and international teams
  • Apply project management methodologies and governance frameworks
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and processes
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and delivery quality
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Lead workshops, steering committees, and status meetings
  • Contribute to proposals and client presentations
  • Mentor junior consultants and project team members
  • Drive a collaborative team culture
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation
