Requirements

  • Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, human resources management, or comparable experience
  • At least 3.5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP systems; basic knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
  • Experience with S/4HANA, BTP, IAS, Integration Suite, or SAC, and with large HR-IT transformation projects
  • Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, structured work approach, strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong customer orientation, very good German and English skills; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage

Tasks

  • Ensure stable operation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors platform
  • Administer Foundation and cross-modular functions
  • Participate in HR-IT transformation projects
  • Migrate data and integrate new solutions
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders
  • Coordinate external implementation and service partners
  • Analyze technical requirements
  • Evaluate new functionalities
  • Contribute to HR system architecture design
