In this role, you will collaborate with client teams to drive project success while leading sub-workstreams and mentoring junior consultants. Your contributions will enhance the team's expertise and support business development efforts.

Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent experience
• •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safeguarding functions
• •Relevant business experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
• •Experience in conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions
• •Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
• •Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and implementation
• •Experience with managing internal or external clients and client focus
• •Great communication skills for diverse audiences and excellent command in English
• •Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking capacity
• •PowerPoint and Excel skills (can perform complex functions) and experience in other GRC tools
• •Working language is English, German language skills are a plus
• •Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence

Tasks

• •Work with client teams to ensure project milestones are met
• •Lead sub-workstreams on projects and guide junior consultants
• •Manage communications and project timelines for sub-workstreams
• •Contribute to business development and client pitches
• •Share best practices and industry standards to enhance team expertise
• •Participate in internal projects and knowledge sharing
• •Support day-to-day operations of assigned tasks
