Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium (Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder Taxation)
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter:in wünschenswert
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Know-how in Standardfunktionalitäten von Microsoft Business Central (Finanzmodul)
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Freude an der Beratung von Klient:innen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden idealerweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung

Tasks

  • Klient:innen bei Kapazitätsengpässen im Rechnungswesen unterstützen
  • Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse erstellen
  • Beratungsprojekte im Finanzbereich umsetzen
  • Eingangsrechnungsprozesse digitalisieren
  • Bankauszugsverbuchung automatisieren
  • Prozessoptimierung bei IC-Abstimmungen durchführen
  • Mit Microsoft Business Central Standardfunktionalitäten arbeiten
  • Klient:innen bei der Entwicklung passgenauer Rechnungswesenlösungen beraten
