- Digital, social media, and event activation expertise

- Collaborative, proactive, and credible in business partnering
- Outstanding presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Tasks
- Design and execute integrated communications strategies for the DACH cluster
- Develop media and influencer relations plans to secure top-tier coverage and reviews
- Manage and nurture relationships with media and influencers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Oversee PR and influencer agencies, ensuring clear KPIs and monitoring effectiveness
- Coach and manage a team to foster growth and excellence
- Organize and deliver impactful digital and physical events
- Monitor the media landscape to identify opportunities and manage potential issues
- Lead internal and corporate communications projects, including partnerships and local CSR initiatives
- Advise local executives on communications and crisis response
- Ensure efficient spending and reporting for the DACH communications budget
