- 7+ years CNC machining experience

- Produce collision-checked, multi-axis programs
- Manufacturing strategy mindset
- Process thinking for fixturing and sequencing
- Deep simultaneous 5-axis machining experience
- Understanding of tool-axis control and kinematics
- Machining aerospace-grade materials
- Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and failure modes for materials
- Strong cutting tool selection knowledge
- Strong custom fixture design knowledge
- Creative workholding solutions knowledge
- First-article inspection process experience
- Documenting process for part specification
- Ability to document process for automation
- Fluent German
- English proficiency is a plus

- Interpret engineering drawings
- Devise manufacturing strategies
- Write CAM programs
- Set up CNC machines
- Cut the first good part
- Prove out manufacturing processes
- Receive complex part geometries
- Select appropriate tooling
- Define workholding strategies
- Optimize multi-axis toolpaths
- Run first-article parts
- Document manufacturing processes
- Hand off processes to automated cells
- Solve daily manufacturing puzzles
