Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from leading university
  • 4–5 years quota-carrying B2B enterprise sales experience
  • 1–2 years carbon market sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communicator and negotiator
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly
  • Ability to influence at executive level
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Familiarity with AI workflows (plus)
  • Familiarity with LLMs (plus)
  • Familiarity with automation (plus)
  • Willingness to travel to clients and events
  • Valid EU/EFTA work permit
  • Ability to work within EU time zones
  • Prepared to travel to Berlin or Zürich for team syncs

Tasks

  • Drive new business growth through multi-channel outreach
  • Participate in key industry events
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand and ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Co-design automated sales processes
  • Collaborate with technology and sales teams
  • Conduct effective sales presentations
