  • •Serve as lead consultant on implementation projects
  • •Perform hands-on duties during all phases of ITS implementation

  • •Gather and document business requirements and configuration designs
  • •Create test plans and document results as required
  • •Keep line manager and project managers updated on responsibilities
  • •Follow documentation standards and resolution processes
  • •Maintain full chargeability on assigned client accounts
  • •Liaise with product management to share industry developments
