Requirements

  • Technical background with Data Management and API definitions
  • Business Analysis and/or User Experience Design experience
  • Knowledge of Customer Masterdata management processes in corporate environment (advantage)
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
  • Very good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Fluent English for business purposes
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Multi-cultural sensibility

Tasks

  • Define APIs for Customer Domain landscape
  • Support Product Owner in epic and user story creation
  • Structure and break down the backlog
  • Assist in decision-making processes
  • Conduct requirements engineering and business analysis
  • Create user story acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to user experience design
  • Ensure high-value and usable products
  • Conduct user acceptance tests
  • Document test outcomes
