- Excellent communication skills in German and English

- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into business processes
- Identify digitalization opportunities for global customers
- Take end-to-end responsibility for complex projects
- Drive high-quality technical and business solutions
- Resolve complex cross-functional challenges independently
- Develop strategic concepts for system design
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide transparent updates to project teams
