Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building Java backend systems
  • •Experience in startup or fast-moving product environment
  • •Ability to debug and solve problems across the stack
  • •Experience with monoliths and microservices
  • •Practical application of AI tools
  • •Ability to design solid, practical architecture
  • •Understanding of data structures and relational models
  • •Enjoyment of collaboration and teamwork

Tasks

  • •Design and implement solutions in Java
  • •Maintain and enhance the multi-tenant white-label B2B2C SaaS platform
  • •Develop new AI products, standalone or integrated
  • •Continuously improve the development lifecycle with modern methods
  • •Propose, review, and explore solutions with team members
  • •Review test cases, designs, and code from team members
  • •Own significant parts of the runtime with in-house SREs
  • •Collaborate with Front-End, QA, Infrastructure, and Data teams
  • •Coach and train team members on best practices
  • •Shape the engineering culture through curiosity and craftsmanship
