- Guide the team in applying DO178 and DO254 standards
- Implement ARP4754/61 methods for product certification
- Follow best practices for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, and simulation teams
- Coordinate with systems engineering, certification, and testing
- Liaise with external customers and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to engineers
- Report directly to the Head of Engineering
- Participate in regular meetings and reviews
- Prepare technical reports for internal and external use
- Present documentation to internal and external audiences
