- 2+ years Audit or Finance experience

- Management of multiple simultaneous engagements

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Availability for up to 40% travel
- Experience in Global Internal Audit function
- Strong knowledge of general auditing policies
- Knowledge of external auditing and SOX
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards
- Data analysis and problem solving skills
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Tasks
- Support financial, compliance, and IT audits
- Execute business continuity and special projects
- Perform audit engagements using established methodologies
- Evaluate accounting and operational processes
- Assess governance-related and statistical procedures
- Analyze internal control systems and business processes
- Identify trends and anomalies in data
- Verify accuracy and completeness of recorded transactions
- Ensure compliance with laws and policies
- Collaborate with global teams in a matrix organization
- Execute testing procedures to evaluate control effectiveness
- Document testing outcomes in clear work papers
- Contribute to audit conclusions and recommendations
- Share professional development learnings with the team
- Assist with system administration and audit governance
- Support investigations, acquisitions, and external audits
