Requirements

  • •3+ years of project development in stage LP5
  • •Project experience in project stage LP5 in Germany
  • •Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and 5
  • •Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes
  • •Experience in timber construction
  • •Experience in Revit
  • •Experience in AutoCAD and Rhino is a plus
  • •Fluent German and English skills

  • •Implement state-of-the-art architectural solutions
  • •Manage the evolution of the product through series and change management
  • •Coordinate with engineering, MEP, building physics, acoustics, fire protection, and energy design teams

  • •Design with a focus on user centricity, sustainability, and cost efficiency
