Requirements

- Practical knowledge of edge device constraints (RAM, bandwidth, cache, cold start)
- Professional English proficiency

Tasks
- Select and adapt base models for voice assistant tasks
- Select and adapt base models for intelligence tasks
- Produce clean training pipelines
- Produce reproducible training pipelines
- Produce clean finetuning pipelines
- Produce reproducible finetuning pipelines
- Produce clean evaluation pipelines
- Produce reproducible evaluation pipelines
- Refine models for the problem at hand
- Implement quantization strategies
- Implement pruning strategies
- Implement distillation strategies
- Enable cost-efficient inference
- Collaborate with performance engineers on hardware-aware model variants
- Collaborate with performance engineers on hardware-aware performance
- Co-own latency KPIs
- Co-own memory KPIs
- Provide models that meet budget requirements on target hardware
- Document design choices
- Document trade-offs
- Document model cards for audits
- Document model cards for compliance
Work Experience
