  • Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge
  • Advanced JavaScript (Glide scripting), HTML, CSS, AngularJS skills
  • REST and SOAP API experience

  • Flow Designer and IntegrationHub proficiency
  • ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles knowledge
  • CI/CD and automated testing for ServiceNow
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Mentoring junior developers
  • Documentation and development standards maintenance
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required
  • Module-specific certifications desirable
  • 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Good written and spoken business English

Tasks

  • Drive ServiceNow implementation programme
  • Configure and manage workflows
  • Develop custom solutions on the platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Identify integration and automation opportunities
  • Use Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API standards
  • Document current environment
  • Mentor colleagues through in-role training
  • Ensure service availability and functionality
  • Participate in on-duty team for SLAs
