Requirements
- 5–7 years relevant professional experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven revenue growth track record on Amazon across multiple markets
- Strong P&L ownership and data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of Amazon fundamentals (FBA, catalog, SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Strong command of key Amazon performance metrics
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, manages multiple priorities
- English fluency
- Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Tasks
- Own Yepoda's Amazon business across multiple markets
- Manage full Amazon P&L, steering revenue and profitability
- Define and execute Amazon growth strategy
- Optimize listings, A+ content, Brand Store, and keyword strategy
- Drive Amazon marketing initiatives, including Sponsored Ads and promotions
- Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Partner with operations and supply chain on forecasting and replenishment
- Ensure smooth FBA shipments and in-stock management
- Work cross-functionally with finance and customer service
- Support profitability tracking and customer experience
- Communicate with Amazon to resolve account health and policy issues
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities
- Monitor key performance metrics and translate data into actions
- Stay current on Amazon tools, algorithm changes, and competitive developments
