Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Several years of AI focused role experience
- Solid knowledge of AI & IT architectures (Agentic AI, Generative AI)
- Passion for AI and digital transformation
- Ability to automate complex workflows using AI agents
- Good SAP experience and architecture understanding
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good business acumen and professional communication skills
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset for automation opportunities
- Experience building AI Centers of Excellence and running AI programs
- Prior customer-facing advisory or consulting experience
Tasks
- Act as an end-to-end advisor for AI topics
- Support strategic AI initiatives
- Translate ideas into production-ready solutions
- Deliver measurable business value
- Support customers' SAP Business AI journey
- Become a key contact for AI topics at customers
- Support the design of SAP Business AI architectures
- Align AI architectures with customer business strategy
- Develop AI strategies for customers
- Translate strategic AI initiatives into business value
- Help customers discover AI applications for value creation
- Contribute to developing AI roadmaps
- Conduct ideation workshops and AI hackathons
- Participate in architecture discussions
- Design AI-powered systems to automate processes
- Design AI-powered systems to optimize workflows
- Provide guidance on Artificial Intelligence
- Provide guidance on Machine Learning
- Provide guidance on Generative AI
- Provide guidance on Agentic AI
- Stay up-to-date with AI technology developments
