- Product life cycle models proven in practice
Tasks
- Coach cross-functional teams in lean agile, outcome-driven delivery
- Apply agile principles based on context, not rigid frameworks
- Guide teams through the full product life cycle from exploration to decommission
- Coach Product Owners on discovery, prioritization, product metrics, and outcome-focused planning
- Help teams build habits of transparency, flow, and outcome-based value delivery
- Design and deliver impactful training and facilitation (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
- Build product-oriented delivery capability across teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders
- Coach and drive change using practical change management approaches
- Simplify and make complex concepts actionable
- Scale agile and agility across multiple teams, business areas, and leadership layers
- Support enterprise-level adoption of agile ways of working, including governance, flow, metrics, and cross-team coordination
