Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing data science teams, products, or communities
  • •Applied knowledge of advanced analytics concepts and architectures
  • •Hands-on Python programming and SQL
  • •Practical experience with classic ML and Generative AI
  • •Demonstrated backtesting and model evaluation experience
  • •Hands-on use of catalog/knowledge and workflow tools
  • •Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships
  • •Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory topics
  • •Experience designing and running training and hackathons
  • •Exposure to cloud cost management and portfolio KPIs

Tasks

  • •Lead and grow the Advanced Analytics & AI Community across network banks
  • •Foster collaboration between data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • •Operate the use case intake and review process
  • •Consult teams and guide submissions for use cases
  • •De-duplicate and standardize documentation for quality
  • •Ensure high-quality, reusable records of use cases
  • •Facilitate community forums, showcases, and workshops
  • •Accelerate discovery, scoping, and scaling of use cases
  • •Create and maintain playbooks, blueprints, and reusable assets
  • •Align portfolio priorities with business strategy and platform capabilities
  • •Coordinate with product owners and delivery teams on roadmaps
  • •Track and report community and portfolio KPIs to senior stakeholders
  • •Champion clear communication and connect to Change Management
