Requirements

  • •University degree in mathematics, business administration, business engineering or comparable
  • •Very good university qualifications (CFA, FRM, MBA plus)
  • •Fluent business English
  • •Business proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish or Dutch welcome
  • •Good understanding of insurance business
  • •Extensive experience with SAP and SQL
  • •At least 5 years professional experience in insurance accounting
  • •Broad financial expertise with focus on accounting
  • •Capability to develop and manage financial processes
  • •Basic understanding of actuarial work plus
  • •Very sharp analytical and conceptual skills
  • •Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • •Attention to detail
  • •Team spirit and thorough working style
  • •Ability to work under pressure
  • •Openness and motivation to regularly change positions
  • •Willingness to collect experiences across Allianz Group

  • •Support transformation and M&A projects
  • •Align with stakeholders on transformation implications
  • •Analyze project impacts on existing setups
  • •Define requirements for future-state scenarios
  • •Manage insurance and reinsurance financial closings
  • •Reconcile and post transactional closing figures
  • •Define and validate new reporting requirements
  • •Drive automation for scalable accounting processes
  • •Act as the main auditor contact
