- Very good accounting knowledge (Swiss and international accounting rules-IFRS)
- Knowledge of pension fund operations is an asset
- Comfortable with multiple IT systems, mastering Excel, advanced functions and macros
- Basic knowledge of payroll management is an asset
- Very good knowledge of English
- Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility, precision and attention to detail
- Sense of responsibility, initiative and good interpersonal skills
- Interest and ease in interacting with various stakeholders (legal and tax advisors, entity managers, bankers)
- Residence in Switzerland
Tasks
- Manage accounting for asset-holding companies and charitable foundations
- Provide regular support and follow-up for a specific client
- Process accounting entries, including closing entries
- Prepare necessary reporting documents
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounting
- Communicate with auditors
- Contribute to the management and development of accounting software
