- Demonstrable experience working across diverse digital projects, including experience design (UX/UI), iterative design sprints, and web development
- Some experience and interest collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch consumer-facing programs
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications
- Experience with global luxury and automotive brands preferred
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle
- Successful track record of building exceptional client relationships
- Comfort and understanding of standard web development project terminology and processes
- Strong presentation skills such as written, visual, and verbal
- Ability to structure strategic ideas into well-ordered and insightful keynote presentations
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and frameworks is highly desirable
- Good judgement: provide guidance and analyse situations under pressure
- Commercial acumen: consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Business-level fluency in both German and English

- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities
- Support the management of new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional service and communication to stakeholders
- Keep teams informed of project progress and manage expectations
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes for client accounts
- Achieve profitability and revenue targets with accurate forecasting
- Create detailed month-by-month resource forecasts
- Produce professional-quality written documentation
- Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables
- Guide the team in developing a digital product vision and roadmap
