- Optimize R&D line operations for resources, Q-times, and priorities
- Ensure timely production of R&D lots
- Fulfill internal and external prototyping requests
- Align with R&D Line Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and production departments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Manage R&D projects
- Oversee project budget, resources, timelines, and results
- Represent AT&S to customers, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Protect intellectual property and ensure freedom-to-operate
