Requirements

  • Completed university degree (preferably IT focus)
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods and tools, acquired through several years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project Manager
  • High coordination skills, assertiveness, solution- and success-oriented approach to complex issues
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)

Tasks

  • Coach, develop, and support PALDIAG development teams.
  • Guide teams in applying agile methods and tools.
  • Promote self-organized work within teams.
  • Identify internal and cross-team conflicts.
  • Actively moderate internal and cross-team conflicts.
  • Help team members remove obstacles.
  • Improve agile processes with Scrum Master colleagues.
