Requirements

  • Scrum Master or project manager experience in large environments
  • SCRUM or other agile methods experience in corporate setups
  • Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
  • Analytical, result-oriented, structured way of working
  • Fluent English communication with CEE region network units

Tasks

  • Deliver and operate customer masterdata management solution
  • Enable real-time data access for over 100 data consumers
  • Act as scrum master in cross-functional Athena team
  • Coordinate communication across RBI Group and CEE Networkbanks
  • Collaborate with teams in head office and RBI Networkbanks
  • Develop and improve cross-functional and cross-border innovation
  • Focus on team health and well-being
  • Remove impediments and support team growth
  • Coach Product Owner(s) in planning and prioritizing demands
  • Work in a highly motivated, agile team

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
