  • Act as scrum master in cross-functional Athena team

  • Collaborate with teams in head office and RBI Networkbanks
  • Develop cross-functional and cross-border innovation concepts
  • Improve delivery processes
  • Focus on team health
  • Address and resolve impediments
  • Support team members' growth
  • Coach Product Owner(s) in planning and prioritizing
  • Maintain central data backlog
  • Work in a highly motivated, agile team
