Requirements

  • •Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or similar
  • •7–10 years sourcing or supply chain experience
  • •3–5 years leadership experience
  • •Background in supplier management and negotiation
  • •Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Proficiency in SAP and supply chain tools
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Willingness to travel as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Lead and develop the Category Management team
  • •Build team capabilities and ensure high performance
  • •Implement strategies for supply reliability and cost competitiveness
  • •Reduce supply chain risks through strategic planning
  • •Oversee complex negotiations and legal contracts
  • •Manage senior supplier relationships and resolve escalations
  • •Align with Procurement Operations on strategy execution
  • •Provide risk assessments and demand insights for Planning
  • •Drive cost-out and value-engineering initiatives
  • •Lead continuous improvement projects
  • •Track supplier KPIs and contractual compliance
  • •Monitor and report on category performance
