Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biology, biophysics, biochemistry or related discipline
  • Software development experience
  • Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries (pytorch, sklearn)
  • Experience with transformer architectures and interpretable AI methods/libraries
  • Experience with bulk/single-cell omics data analysis
  • Clear and effective communication of complex bioinformatics problems
  • Independent, motivated, and collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Background in cancer genomics and foundation model training preferred
  • Passion for scientific environment, drug discovery and development
  • Ability to generate, prioritize, prototype and test new ideas

  • Ability to perform at high level in fast-changing environment
