Requirements
- Ph.D. in biology, biophysics, biochemistry or related discipline
- Software development experience
- Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries (pytorch, sklearn)
- Experience with transformer architectures and interpretable AI methods/libraries
- Experience with bulk/single-cell omics data analysis
- Clear and effective communication of complex bioinformatics problems
- Independent, motivated, and collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams
- Background in cancer genomics and foundation model training preferred
- Passion for scientific environment, drug discovery and development
- Ability to generate, prioritize, prototype and test new ideas
- Quick learner, curious, takes initiative to implement ideas
- Ability to perform at high level in fast-changing environment
