Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic
  • Apprenticeship as a construction mechanic, metalworker, or comparable technical training in metal processing/sheet metal processing
  • Several years of professional experience in metal processing and sheet metal processing
  • Solid welding skills, ideally with valid TIG 141 welding certificates
  • Handling of CNC machines, presses, and cutting tools
  • Reading and implementing technical drawings
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Willingness to work in 2-/3-shift operations and overtime
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Tasks

  • Perform welding tasks with a focus on TIG 141
  • Process production orders in-house and at customer sites
  • Conduct all required quality inspections
  • Continuously improve work processes
  • Maintain and care for machines, tools, and facilities
  • Resolve technical issues in production in coordination with supervisors
  • Carry out self-inspections
