- Expertise in substation secondary equipment technologies (e.g., protection relays, power metering)
- Familiarity with leading market products and solutions (e.g., Siemens SIPROTEC, ABB, Schneider)
- Experience in project execution or project management of substation solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German is desirable
Tasks
- Design and develop standard solutions for Substation Automation Systems
- Create project-specific solutions in collaboration with bid management and sales teams
- Prepare detailed technical descriptions and compile the Bill of Materials for SAS solutions
- Manage stakeholders and provide technical support to sales and engineering teams
- Conduct training sessions for internal departments
- Translate functional requirements into Epics, Features, and high-level acceptance criteria
