Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management
  • Proven experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices with a focus on Talent Management
  • Experience in platform features, integration, reporting, and analytics
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ambition, eagerness to learn, customer orientation, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Empower clients with expert HR process advice
  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Talent solutions
  • Administer Performance & Goals, Succession & Development modules
  • Analyze business requirements and identify gaps
  • Recommend best practices for SuccessFactors Talent processes
  • Lead projects from scoping to go-live
  • Conduct configuration and testing of solutions
  • Design and implement innovative HR business process applications
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops
