Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM
  • •Cross-functional experience in Logistics, Logistics Execution, and SAP SD
  • •Proven success in implementing and optimizing SAP TM processes
  • •SAP TM certification is a plus
  • •Good communication skills
  • •Strong business process understanding around all TM processes especially Freight and Shipping
  • •Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
  • •Experience in managing and working with diverse groups of people
  • •Business fluency in German and English

  • •Lead the design and implementation of SAP TM modules
  • •Conduct workshops with business and IT representatives
  • •Translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions
  • •Ensure alignment with the overall supply chain strategy
  • •Optimize transportation planning and execution processes
  • •Manage freight cost management processes
  • •Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to enhance end-to-end processes
  • •Hold technical and functional responsibility in customer projects
  • •Provide pre-sales support during new customer sales cycles
  • •Prepare prototypes and content for customer meetings
  • •Facilitate workshops and presentations for customers
  • •Participate actively in the CNT - Competence Teams
  • •Pursue further training in hard and soft skills
