- Develop architecture and implementation concepts
- Support presales and sales activities
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments
- Lead technical projects and coach consultants and developers
- Provide technical advice on integration issues in meetings
- Participate actively in CNT Competence Teams
- Lead customer workshops and presentations
- Mentor Young Professionals and oversee Consultants
- Conduct continuous training on hard and soft skills
