Requirements

Tasks

  • Manage and realize SAP HCM projects
  • Coordinate sub-projects
  • Advise and support customers in SAP HCM time management
  • Adjust time management based on new requirements
  • Implement customer requirements through customizing
  • Develop customer-specific extensions and programming
  • Conceive interface and integration topics
  • Analyze and rectify time management errors
  • Ensure quality assurance and documentation
  • Support long-standing customers in time management
  • Provide second and third level HCM support
  • Plan and organize workshops and training
  • Participate in the sales cycle
  • Collaborate in knowledge exchange
  • Mentor and coach young professionals
  • Train hard and soft skills

Work Experience

  • 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
