Requirements

  • Several years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
  • Deep understanding of integration processes and SAP system landscape
  • Independent, customer-oriented, and solution-driven working style
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
  • Experience with project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2)
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Strong interest in open, constructive teamwork
  • Business fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • Lead national and international SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
  • Ensure project success by focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Calculate detailed project costs
  • Monitor project team performance and capacity utilization
  • Guarantee high-quality project execution
  • Collaborate with competence teams to drive innovation and best practices
  • Manage pre-sales activities, including solution design and customer interaction
  • Mentor and lead young professionals
  • Provide technical guidance to consultants
  • Continuously develop hard and soft skills for team growth
