Customer consulting for cloud-based CX solutions at an SAP Platinum Partner, including workshop moderation and project resource coordination. Experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud, Hybris, C4C, or CRM preferred. Flexible working hours.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, marketing, sales, business informatics, or comparable training
  • Experience with CRM systems, campaigns, marketing automation
  • Sound process knowledge in sales and service
  • Advantageous experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP Hybris, SAP C4C, or SAP CRM
  • Independent and team-oriented approach, high initiative, strong communication skills, confident appearance
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel for projects

Tasks

  • Consult new and existing customers on SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Plan requirements workshops
  • Moderate requirements workshops
  • Plan project resources
  • Coordinate project resources
  • Perform project controlling
  • Assess feasibility of new customer requests and requirements
  • Create concepts for customer solutions
  • Implement created concepts
  • Perform presales activities
  • Deliver presentations
  • Conduct workshops

Education
