Requirements

  • 15+ years SAP project experience in SAP Finance
  • Direct experience selling/delivering SAP finance and EPM solutions
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC and SAP BPC
  • Delivered at least 4+ end-to-end SAP programs as Finance lead
  • Delivered at least 2+ end-to-end SAP Central Finance programs as lead
  • Solid understanding of SAP AI roadmap and ability to articulate
  • Experience developing/supporting SAP finance tools and accelerators
  • Data integration between SAP and non-SAP systems into SAP S/4
  • Master Data Harmonization for consolidated reporting/analytics/close
  • Universal journal and financial reporting
  • SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies

Tasks

  • Lead SAP Finance Transformation delivery for Central Finance projects
  • Manage project initiation and planning
  • Oversee project execution and completion
  • Provide post-go-live support
  • Manage relationships with CFOs and Finance Directors
  • Manage program scope, budget, and timelines
  • Ensure alignment between business and IT
  • Manage large, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Mentor and coach team members
  • Manage team performance
  • Drive collaboration and program success
  • Negotiate and resolve cost issues
  • Resolve quality challenges
  • Address program-related challenges
