- •Creativity and visual communication skills
- •Experience with Microsoft Office
- •Project and stakeholder management ability
- •Proactive and detail-oriented working style
- •Strong self-organization and collaboration skills
- •Interest in AI and enterprise technology
- •Experience designing communication assets (desirable)
- •Experience with Airtable or Canva (desirable)

- •Plan and coordinate global AI enablement experiences
- •Prepare and maintain diverse communication assets
- •Build centralized project plans and asset libraries
- •Manage logistics for webinars and workshops
- •Handle speaker briefings and event follow-ups
- •Produce the internal AI GTM Newsletter
- •Track and analyze newsletter engagement metrics
- •Collaborate with leaders on scalable enablement initiatives
- •Ensure field teams have accessible AI knowledge
- •Improve global AI communication consistency
