- •Evaluate distribution approaches in key markets
- •Assist in managing global wholesale customers
- •Support the rollout of global field projects
- •Coordinate market visits and feedback processes
- •Collect and share international best practices
- •Manage the Field Sales Quarterly Call
- •Maintain the Global Field Sales SharePoint page
- •Review and improve existing training programs
- •Develop new curricula and training content
- •Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps
- •Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
- •Promote global programs via the intranet
- •Execute global channel marketing strategies
- •Develop channel playbooks for market rollout
- •Define shopper journey priorities based on trends
- •Create POSM tools and execution strategies
- •Implement global agreements via partnership reporting
- •Solve market-level barriers for catering customers
- •Educate partners on the brand and product
- •Analyze pricing, trade terms, and promotional strategies
- •Translate sell-in and sell-out data into recommendations
- •Identify untapped revenue opportunities through segmentation
- •Optimize trade term implementation across markets
