Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration, data analytics, logistics, or comparable fields
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role or comparable
  • •Strong analytical skills
  • •Passion for BMW Group products
  • •Experience with BMW Group template management system ConRecOrd
  • •Familiarity with BMW Processes and confidence in communication with interface partners
  • •Personal initiative and reliability
  • •Team spirit and intercultural skills
  • •Fluency in business English

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Develop and optimize pan-European Built-to-Stock vehicle configurations
  • •Determine optimal vehicle configurations using data and market feedback
  • •Monitor BtS Template performance through dashboards and AI analysis
  • •Ensure operational excellence and informed decision-making
  • •Prepare and present decisions for the Stock and Template Advisory Circle
  • •Facilitate regular exchanges with central interfaces and market-based sales functions
  • •Contribute to the adoption of automated processes for mass capability
