  • English at minimum C1 level
  • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong track record in closing deals
  • Solid CRM experience
  • Self-starter entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
  • Experience selling SaaS into construction or skilled trades sector
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Hubspot
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting and creative lead generation
  • Experience working in startups or early-market environments

  • Follow up consistently with potential customers
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle

  • Collaborate with the BDM Italy on localization
  • Facilitate customer communication and feedback loops
  • Report weekly on lead flow and performance metrics
  • Share insights on customer experiences
  • Support outbound experiments and targeted outreach
  • Contribute to optimizing the sales process
  • Improve structure and efficiency with the Expansion Lead
  • Help prepare the sales playbook and market learnings
